Shift has the potential to change based on the business needs.
Pay: $26.22/hr

Please Note: All of our Injection operators go through a training program during the day time for 2-3 months. If you are not able to train on days, please let the Recruiter know during the phone pre-screening process (exceptions may apply). Once training is completed, you will start your scheduled shift.
The Injection Operators are responsible for production lines during one whole shift of operation. Responsible for knowing and enforcing policies, procedures, practices and programs. The primary duties include:
- Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.
- Assign shift personnel to production equipment, following shift work schedule and break schedules to ensure work is completed on time.
- Train employees on a shift.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned.
- Oversee safety, security, good housekeeping and enforce company policies to eliminate accidents and control accident costs.
- Resolve production and quality problems that occur on a shift. Make frequent checks of product quality and GMP standards and give functional guidance to shift operations and quality personnel.
- Complete written documentation as required.
- Attend all production, safety, and shift meetings.
- Assist Production Manager in reviewing shift operations and make recommendations relative to changes in organization, personnel, equipment and procedures.
- Follow work orders and ensures proper product codes are used and built.
- Accurately report production data.
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to machinery and equipment.
- Inspect materials prior to use.
- 0-25% travel may be required.
Graham Packaging Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician Lead. This opening is for day shift, which operates during the hours of 6:48 am - 3 pm.
Maintenance Technician Leads are responsible for leading and coordinates activities of vendors and workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment; and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of mill, industrial plant, or other establishment s. The primary duties of a Maintenance Technician Lead include:
- Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.
- Understands, follows and enforces all established policies, procedures and recognized practices.
- Report to and inform the Maintenance Manager of project status, training status and requirements as well as material requirements.
- Direct and assign the day-to-day workload of the Maintenance Technicians.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned.
- Review production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Plan, develop and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and affect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with workload and project planning.
- Maintain project, maintenance and repair parts and supplies inventories.
- Originate and implement purchase order process, including vendor setup and EMIS data entry and necessary reports.
- Coordinate outside vendors to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs in specialized areas and review performance for quality and cost effectiveness.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician.
- Train new Maintenance Technicians and coordinate ongoing training of existing staff.
- Manage and operate the Maintenance/Inventory/PM Software Program.
- Fill in for Maintenance Manager when necessary.
- Assist in the coordination of projects with engineering, machine shop and shift supervisors.
- Complete written documentation as required.
- Assist with on call duties after hours and weekends.
- Limited travel may be required.
Graham Packaging Company is looking for a Machine Operator II based in Cartersville, GA. This position is a rotating shift 2-2-3, night shift from 6:48 pm - 7:00 am. Shift has the potential to change from 12hrs to 8hrs based on the business needs.
Pay: $23.37/hr
Additional $1.00 night shift differential.

The Operator is responsible for operating a given number of plastic blow molding machines (including in-line equipment), and makes necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner.
Graham Packaging Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician II based in Cartersville, GA. This opening is for NIGHT SHIFT, which operates during the hours of 7PM-7AM.
Pay: Starting $30.89/hr

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for installation and repair of equipment in the plant. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building.
