The bilingual (English/Spanish) remote Recruiter position includes: job posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, hiring processes, as well as, outside recruiting. The bilingual remote Recruiter needs to be able to talk to candidates over the phone or in person and not be content with email. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, trade organizations, schools and other team members to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. 6-9 weeks and could go further based on the needs of the business needs.
