Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and highly analytical individual to join our Finance team.  The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monthly financial reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and long range planning activities driving increased profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance and assists in the timely preparation of reporting requirements and presentations for management, board meetings, investor relations and other executive updates.
  • Analyzes, reports, maintains and drives improvement in SKU profitability and margin analysis
  • Creates meaningful and insightful reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborates with business units and commercial organizations to understand drivers of financial performance, operational KPIs and market conditions and the overall impact on our results.
  • Supports ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for special projects as assigned.
  • Serves as SAP/BI and HFM (Hyperion) super user.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams when needed and works independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Required in Finance, Accounting or related field – CPA/MBA a solid plus
  • 5+ years Accounting/Finance Experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, Power BI and Hyperion/HFM desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and data-manipulation skills
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing controls and cost accounting/general accounting
  • Ability to maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail with a focus on work product being complete and accurate.
  • Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams when needed and works independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills - both interpersonal and written
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment

The standard compensation for this role is $80,900 - $121,030.  Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors.

Compensation Statement

The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
