The Plant Technical manager leads the plant’s maintenance, technical and continuous staff to derive maximum value from our equipment by improving machine safety, product quality and reliability. The Technical Manager has responsibility for fostering a high-performance, safety-minded culture and developing their teams of diverse backgrounds and skillsets. The Technical Manager uses their extensive experience and a solid practice of sound engineering fundamentals to provide technical guidance and decision making to their teams when required.

The standard compensation for this role is $104,600 - $151,100. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors. |
