Maintenance Supervisors are primarily responsible for effective installation and operation of plant production equipment, production support equipment, and facilities. These responsibilities are accomplished through selection, development, and day-to-day direction of the activities of the plant’s maintenance staff. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist in the financial responsibility for tool crib inventory by directing and controlling levels, purchasing and standardizing parts and maintenance of equipment repair histories. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist in the coordination and the implementation and continuous improvement of the plant’s Preventative Maintenance Program.
The hours for this position will be: 11pm - 7am Monday- Friday - WEEKENDS OFF!

A Bachelor’s Degree and/or related maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and related maintenance experience is required. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations or maintenance supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
